HOW TO PAY RENT IN CASH

Use CashPay at a participating CheckFreePay payment location.

1. Find a participating location at www.checkfreepay.com/en/payment-locator.htm. Confirm its hours, payment limits, and any service fee.

2. Take your personal CashPay account number below and enough cash for your rent payment plus any service fee. Tell the clerk you are making a Zego/PayLease CashPay payment.

3. Show the clerk your CashPay account number. Check the number and payment amount before completing the payment. Do not use your unit number or another resident’s account number.

4. Keep your receipt until the payment appears in your resident account. If your number is missing or you need help, use the Contact page at www.MiddletownRents.com before making a payment.
